iPV™ Solar Tracker Technical Due Diligence Report Issued by Internationally Renowned Black and Veatch.


The internationally renowned engineering, consulting, and construction firm, Black and Veatch (hereinafter referred to as B&V), on January 29, 2015, has issued their technical due diligence report for the iPV™ Solar Tracker.  This bankability report includes a summary of Topper Sun Energy’s company background, review of the iPV™ Solar Tracker’s design, components and performance, assessment of the DAT’s availability, durability, reliability, manufacturing process, quality assurance, installation, operations and maintenance.


A successful PV power plant transaction must include the following: competitive ROI, long term solar agreement, highly reliable solar modules, excellent engineering capabilities, and bank financing.  B&V’s technical due diligence report will aid in the assessment of the iPV™ Solar Tracker for bank financing and greatly assist in its future sales.
